In March 2020, Milestone acted quickly to help the hospitality community respond to the crisis. It developed a crisis recovery growth integrated campaign, which included webinars, emails, and social media posts that focused on coronavirus-related content to offer support for the hospitality community. The goal was to help everyone from small, economy-sized hotels to independent or large-scale brands.
With our client, Marriott Digital Services, the Milestone team deployed a scalable solution for thousands of Marriott hotels to provide custom information, called “What to Expect,” to alleviate potential guest’s concerns and help them move forward in their booking journey. We helped the client deploy a fast and cost-effective custom message to distribute Covid-19-related information on each location’s website.
This is the 64th edition of the HSMAI Adrian awards recognized excellence in advertising, public relations, and digital marketing. Out of over 600 entries submitted in 2020, Milestone’s work was judged exceptional by hospitality, travel, tourism, and media experts. The focus of the 2020 HSMAI Adrian awards was on best practices, innovation, and community and our work is among the best ways and designs that are empowering recovery.
